We do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, we do provide a replacement in case the product received is damaged or defective.
Please note:
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
An unboxing 360⁰ continuous video is mandatory for verification
The product must be unused and in original condition
Replacement is subject to damage verification
If the issue is approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
