1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through our trusted delivery partners Delhivery, Blue dart, Professional, DTDC and Indiapost
International shipping is also available through DHL and FedEx.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India - no minimum purchase required.
For International shipping, charges varies according to country and weight
3. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Some products may take longer due to:
-Handmade or handcrafted work
-Tie & dye or specialised dyeing
-Fabric preparation and finishing
-Tailoring or blouse stitching (if applicable)
These processes require time and skill and cannot be rushed.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Ready-to-ship products are dispatched sooner
Handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
Dispatch time is separate from delivery time
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared.
5. Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery to remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Whatsapp, email or SMS so you can follow your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays during festive seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or courier disruptions.
